Extra info..

These sessions can be done in person or on zoom. Please note if in person we will need to book an airbnb or hotel or I can come to you if you are local to where I am. I do go on tour regularly so it depends which city I am in, however I am based on the Sunshine Coast usually.

We will always begin with a quick somatic practice. Undertake the zoom or google meet or in person session for then chosen time for booking.
